Our client is a Legal 500 defendant insurance firm looking to expand their Manchester office with the addition of an experienced Litigation Executive or Fee Earner. You will be joining their Motor team to deal with a caseload of around 100 files, which range from small claims to fast track and MOJ files.
To be considered for this role you must have experience handling your own caseload of RTA claims. Experience dealing with fast track files is desirable but not essential. You will assist other Fee Earners where necessary with their higher value cases and this will allow you to gain exposure to new, higher value, and complex cases.
