Our client is in the process of opening a new office in Lichfield and as such is seeking a local residential conveyancing solicitor/legal executive to assist in building and developing its conveyancing offering. There will be a head of department splitting their time between this office and another fairly local office. There is already local work which is being taken on by another office and which will be returned to Lichfield when the office opens!
Our client is seeking a local self-motivated residential conveyancer who is qualified either as a solicitor or legal executive from 2 years upwards and can hit the ground running handling a full conveyancing caseload of local work from local estate agents. Ideally our client is looking for a residential conveyancer from Lichfield or the surrounding area who has a desire to progress and be an integral part of the development of the department. There will be admin/paralegal support, but the firm would be open to hiring a small team from the area or a solicitor wanting to bring their current support!
The firm itself can offer clear career progression prospects and the ability to progress quickly as the office expands, along with a very competitive salary.
