An exciting opportunity has arisen for a technology transaction associate to join our client's reputable London-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious junior lawyer to further advance their career, and to work closely within a well-regarded team.
This role involves working on a range of technology transaction matters. These matters include advising on blockchain-related matters, general FinTech projects, and more.
The ideal candidate will be England and Wales qualified with 1-3 years' PQE gained at a top-tier city firm. They will also have a stellar academic background and a stable career background.
