Well-established regional firm has a new opening to suit a solicitor to join their corporate commercial team.
Join a friendly partner led team handling a mix of company commercial work including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, buy outs, financing and general company work including commercial contracts and agreements. The team advises owner managed businesses, partnerships, SMEs and other corporate clients.
The partners are keen to appoint a solicitor, either an NQ (due to qualify in 2023 and with at least one corporate / commercial seat and an appetite to develop your experience in these areas) or a qualified solicitor with up to ca 3 years PQE in corporate commercial work, although applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors whose PQE falls outside this range.
