Excellent new senior corporate commercial role with a top regional firm based in Northamptonshire.

Due to succession planning, our client seeks to appoint an experienced corporate commercial lawyer with ca 5 years PQE+. You'll bring experience of handling corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, MBOs, MBIs, joint ventures, financing and general company work including drafting commercial contracts for clients including listed and owner managed businesses, partnerships, SMEs and other corporate clients.

With at least 5 years pqe gained working in another recognised corporate and commercial firm, you will have proven technical skills and a track record of leading on good sized transactions. You'll have the licence in this role to use your networking, marketing and business development skills to build strong relationships with new and existing clients. The ability to help drive growth in the team would be of particular interest to the firm's management team.
