My client is a significant and esteemed firm in the world of Intellectual Property. Their renowned teams of IP specialists work closely alongside their prestigious clients ranging from global companies to start ups within the areas of Life Sciences and Technology. As the firm continues to grow, they are now expanding their dedicated team of IP professionals with the addition of a Patent Litigation Associate.

Within your role you will work on a broad range of patent litigation work including mechanical, biotech, FRAND and licensing disputes, providing you with a varied caseload. However, the firm encourage their fee earners to specialise in their own preferred area in order to optimise their knowledge and expertise.

This highly important role is ideal for someone with 2 – 5 years PQE, experience in Life Sciences or Technology would be highly advantages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for working closely with a wide range of clients, as well as communicating with your fellow fee earners within your team. Flawless time management skills are vital within the role in order to prioritise tasks and meet important deadlines.
