Private Client Solicitor

This reputed multi-office South West firm are looking for a new Private Client Solicitor to head up their Private Client department, working with and managing a small team.

You must have at least 4 years' experience within Private Client Law and be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive. 

Matters will include:

• Contentious Probate
• Declaration of Trust
• Deputyship Applications
• Lasting Power of Attorney
• Probate/Intestacy/Estate Administration
• Registration of Enduring Power of Attorney
• Tax Planning
• Trusts
• Wills

This role is likely to be based in Bridgwater, with possibility of other Somerset locations. You should be a car driver with your own transport to visit neighbouring offices when needed. 

The firm offers an excellent salary depending on experience, and benefits including healthcare, life assurance, and car parking space. 

Full time hours are preferred, however those wishing to work 4 days a week should also apply.
