- My client is a well-respected insurance and personal injury specialist law firm
- They have an already very successful & reputed clinical negligence team who are incredibly busy
- 100% remote working if required
- Salary up to £50k
- Excellent admin & secretarial support
- 25 days holiday, rising to 30
- Flexible working scheme
- No business development needed at all!
- Handle good quality claimant clinical negligence matters
- These can be complex claims, all valued above £50k
- Advise on claims against Hospital Trusts, GP’s and privately practicing doctors
- Handle your own broad caseload
- For this vacancy, experience is everything
- A minimum 4 years’ clinical negligence experience is needed
- Being a qualified solicitor or legal executive is not essential
