THE ROLE:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Data Privacy Solicitor to head up the existing firmwide data privacy practice area. The client base is diverse and requires an experienced specialist to undertake a variety of matters for clients within the private sector industry. You will be joining a team who covers the broad remit of data privacy including data processing agreements, data protection policies, privacy notices, data audits, international data transfers, data security and the reviewing and drafting of regulatory documents.

THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed Data Privacy Solicitor will be at least 6 years’ PQE and have significant experience in acting for large private sector employers. With strong business development skills, you will play a key role in creating and developing new business for the team. You will ideally have several established personal connections and significant work to bring to the firm and be able to demonstrate strong people / leadership skills. A flexible and adaptable approach is essential together with a willingness and desire to work with your colleagues across the firm to deliver quality client service and drive the firm’s success.
