Exciting opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join one of the largest law firms in the country, which is Top 50 listed.
This is a growing team that is looking for Corporate Solicitors from around 5 years’ PQE coming from regional or national firms. This is a chance to help shape an ambitious team and will offer promotion opportunities and a route to becoming a partner within the firm. Broad Corporate experience is preferred but will look at Corporate Solicitors from any Corporate background from recognised Legal 500 firms. You’ll be handling a mixed caseload of Corporate work that includes, but is not limited to, corporate finance and governance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, re-organisations, venture capital, private equity and capital markets.
