Corporate Legal Counsel

The main responsibilities include:

• Drafting and negotiating NDAs.
• Negotiating and advising on corporate transaction documentation, alongside senior legal counsel and external counsel.
• Drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, including agreements for supply of services, sponsorship, marketing, filming production, media buying, IT (including software licensing and development), data and content supply and other commercial partnership agreements.

Key skills and experience required:

• Qualified solicitor or barrister in England & Wales with 3- 5 years PQE is preferred
• Proven M&A (including cross-border transactions)
• Demonstrated experience in advising & negotiating complex commercial contracts
