A number of remarkable EL/PL Fee Earner/Solicitor roles have arisen in a Liverpool City Centre Top 100 firm, as a result of continued growth, and a booming time for this team.
The ideal candidate will have around 2-3 years’ + experience in Employers and Public Liability claims, and a real desire to help people in a variety of matters, from initial instruction to Trial, as the as the role will entail both pre and post-litigation work. You will be dealing with Serious Orthopaedic claims, Brian and Spinal Injuries, amongst others. Cases will be valued from £500,000 up to £10 million, so prior experience of high value work is preferable.
You will be joining a friendly team, alongside other senior solicitors and the wider team, which will look to you for direction and expertise in this area. You will be investigating and litigating fast and multi-track cases and delegating the work as appropriate, to make sure it is completed at the right fee earning level. You will be a self-starter, thrive in busy environments and have great interpersonal skills.
