This top quality firm acts for its clients from the healthcare, technology, manufacturing, financial services and utilities and waste sectors whilst providing a full service Corporate offering. The team has a particular focus on all Corporate transactional work including trade sales, disposals, mergers and acquisitions and management buy outs/in.
The ideal candidate will be around 6 years PQE and have experience I all aspects of private M&A transactions. The deal candidate will also come from a national or international firm.
