This is a great opportunity for a solicitor looking for a non-fee earning role as a Business Development Executive.

Our client is a well known law firm in Manchester, they have a great reputation throughout the legal industry and pride themselves on being able to offer quality work together with a work/life balance.

Description

As a Business Development Executive you will play an important role within the Business Development team and the wider Firm. Typical day to day duties will include:

· Assisting with the development, management and coordination of all business development activities, including client, contact, prospective client and contact, and key employee lead generation activities.

· Managing our referral scheme, Myerson Connections, including overseeing referrals, onboarding new law firm members and assisting with our conferences.

· Sourcing new prospects and assisting with lead generation for our HR retainer service, Myerson HR.

· Identifying, coordinating and attending internal networking opportunities and third-party events.

· Establishing, developing and managing a pipeline of opportunities arising from the Firm's strategic member relationships, including its membership of the UK200Group, MSI Global, Manchester Law Society and Trafford Law Society.

Profile

You will either be a Solicitor looking for a change of direction and to work as a Business Development Executive or somebody who has a proven track record working within the legal industry - potentially in legal recruitment.
