JOB TITLE: Residential Property Conveyancer
LOCATION: West Sussex
SALARY: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE
THE ROLE:
Due to the success and growth of this firm, a full-time opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer to join this busy and established team. You will be responsible for handling your own caseload (each conveyancer has their own member of support staff) which will consist mainly of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, shared ownership (including staircasing) new build property (including help to buy) lease extensions, leasehold enfranchisement and equity release. Please note this role is office based.
THE CANDIDATE:
As an experienced conveyancer, you will have a proven background in the management of your own full and varied residential property caseload. You will ideally have experience with Redbrick case management system (not essential). You will possess excellent communication skills with the ability to build good relationships with local estate agents and other professionals alongside nurturing existing relationships. You must be able to work to tight deadlines under pressure whilst maintaining a high standard of client service.
