This is a national, well-regarded claimant law firm that are well-known for providing a highly specialised service to their clients. The firm cover the full range of personal and medical injury matters including handling high value complex and catastrophic claims.

Your new role
Due to ongoing growth the client is seeking an experienced paralegal to join the clinical negligence department. This role will see you working closely with partners and senior solicitors you will assist on a varied caseload including complex and high value cases.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have 12+ months experience in clinical negligence, the client may consider those with strong litigation experience. this role will see you handle duties such as conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, liaise with 3rd parties re medical records, liaise with experts, deal with Court bundles.
