Sellick Partnership are recruiting for a part-time Commercial Property Lawyer, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a small local authority organisation based in the East Midlands on a locum basis.

The commercial property lawyer will be able to work on a remote basis for part-time hours. The role is predominantly property however picking up a couple of simple contracts matters would be massivly beneifcial to the client.

The lawyer's duties may include:

    • preparing and drafting full title reports
    • leases and licenses
    • land registry
    • landlord and tenant matters.
    • Terms and condistions checking

The council are looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer with property law experience that will be able to help the team with simple contracts duties too and support the authority in moving forward.
