THE ROLE
In the Corporate and Commercial team which handles a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
In M&A they typically handle deals up to £100m and the team is particularly active in the leisure, food and beverages sectors, but also handle matters in other areas including
* Hospitality and Leisure
* Technology
* Retail & Fashion
* Food & Drink
* Financial Services
* Media & Publishing
Clients include start-ups, entrepreneurs, SMEs and large multi-national companies.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have first-rate commercial contract drafting skills and an understanding of M&A transactions and finance raising arrangements
The firm offers flexibility to work from the office or at home with a recommended 2 days in the office and 3 days remotely.
