Head of Conveyancing - Liverpool City Centre

Established, forward thinking law firm is recruiting an experienced conveyancer to assist in building its new Residential Property department in Liverpool.

The firm offers assistance across a range of personal services and has developed a strong reputation across Merseyside. Due to recent restructuring, this well thought of firm is seeking an experienced conveyancer to head up their conveyancing department and assist in growing the firm over the coming years.

This role is ideal for any conveyancer looking for long term development and progression. You will be tasked with acting on behalf of local clients in relation to sales, purchases, remortgage, shared ownerships and leasehold flats alongside managing the team.
