An experienced and confident Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive is sought for my client's very well established and continuously growing property department firm based out of modern commercial offices in the heart of Nottingham. The role offers hybrid working and is easily commutable from Leicester and Derbyshire.
You'll be joining a national law firm with a fantastic reputation and long-standing client base across the region, working within a partner-led team on high quality and high value residential conveyancing transactions.
Benefits:
The residential property team deal with all high-net-worth clients who the department has built relationships with over many years. You'll have full paralegal and assistant/secretarial support, and have autonomy over your own caseload. You'll deal with a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing transactions including standard sale and purchase to more complex matters, as well as work on behalf of agricultural clients and developers.
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a solid background in residential conveyancing matters. You'll be able to work with little to no supervision and be confident in building and maintaining relationships with clients old and new.
