Job description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join a Private Practice on a full time and permanent basis.
The client is looking for someone to work from the Greater Manchester office on a hybrid basis.
This position is suited to someone with a minimum of 2 years fee earning within a Conveyancing Department.
Duties:
- Handling a broad range of residential property matters including managing your own caseload and liaising with clients and professionals
- Dealing with the purchases and sales of residential property
- Dealing with re-mortgage matters
Salary: DOE
Hours per Week: 35
