McKenzie Douglas are recruiting for an impressive Global Manufacturing organisation that sits within the Energy sector and has a leading presence in the market. You will enjoy playing a key role in advising the business on various interesting projects across the UK and Ireland.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support and oversight to the onshore wind, solar PV hydrogen and batter storage projects across the UK and Ireland
  • Provide support across all projects and work with multiple teams
  • Responsible for leading a team across 3 offices
  • Support projects in all aspects of their developments including due diligence, land construction, corporate and commercial matters and sales

 

We are looking for:

  • You will be a qualified solicitor in either Scotland or England and Wales with 8+ years PQE*
  • You must have previous experience working on renewable energy projects
  • Experience in construction, projects, corporate, real estate and regulatory
  • Excellent Commercial experience
  • Proven ability to lead a team
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
