Real Estate Partner to Equity- Salary from £175,000

Our client leading national law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Partner with Development bias to join their city team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in commercial real estate with a focus on development and will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our growing practice.

Responsibilities:
Advise clients on all aspects of commercial real estate law with a particular emphasis on development projects.
Develop and maintain client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Work collaboratively with other members of the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
Manage and supervise junior lawyers within the team.

Requirements:
Qualified solicitor with significant PQE in commercial real estate law, with a focus on development
Proven track record in business development within the commercial real estate sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic legal advice to clients.
Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise junior lawyers within the team.
Currently at a junior partner, legal director, or counsel level
