Residential Property Senior Associate/Partner

We are keen to speak with senior residential property lawyers regarding a new role with a leading regional law firm in Wiltshire.

The role requires a fully-fledged and experienced residential property solicitor, who can provide a proven track record in their career to date.

Our client is a full-service regional law firm. Owing to excellent client care and technical ability, the residential department is proud to have one of the best reputations in the area; because of this they benefit from a majority of the regions house sales.

The teams' strengths rely on key members of the team who have been with the firm for a number of years, and this opportunity invites an equally strong solicitor to join and inherit the work of a senior figure who is near retirement.

Candidate Profile:

• A UK qualified solicitor who has dealt with;
• Residential property sales and purchases including shared equity properties and HMOs
• Re-mortgages and refinancing
• Residential property developments
• Separate lender representation
• Minimum of 6 years' PQE
• Down to earth attitude
• Able to generate a good income
• Bespoke residential property advice
• Good relationship builder
• Successful relationship maintainer
• Sense of humour
• Strong commerciality
• Enthusiastic

This is great opportunity for a solicitor who wants to join a collaborative firm with no pretence, but one that services a wide range of clients, regularly HNWIs. Our client pitches this role at a solicitor who has experienced stagnation in their current role - who strives for progression and recognition, ideally someone who has worked at a firm that provides bespoke advice, and has not been working within a conveyancing factory environment.

This role will provide a great working environment, with a close-knit team - who are extremely welcoming and encouraging. The culture is down-to-earth, and the recruitment process is equally as relaxed, taking the form of a two-stage interview process.

The office is located approximately 45 minutes from London by train; an hour from Birmingham; less than hour from Oxford and Gloucester.
