Fully Remote In-house Legal Counsel

Your new role

• Assisting with a broad range of corporate legal matters including M&As, corporate restructuring, private equity, capital markets, joint ventures
• Providing legal advice on all aspects of company law
• Managing one or two paralegals/company secretary
• Reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
• Ensuring that all agreements are commercially and legally sound and in line with head office requirements
  
  What you'll need to succeed
  You will be UK qualified lawyer with 3+ years' PQE (as a guide) an excellent academics. You must have been trained in private practice and you will have subsequently gained experience in a corporate role. While the role is remote, you will have the ability to come into the office on the odd occasion. You will have a degree from a Russell Group university.
