Commodities Lawyer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a March 2023 newly-qualified solicitor to join a top ranked commodities disputes practice with a leading international law firm in London. The team represents a varied client base, including energy and chemical companies, coal and metal traders, soft commodity trading houses, trade finance banks, governments and their agencies, brokers, insurers and trade associations. The successful candidate will work closely with a highly experienced team of lawyers, advising clients on all aspects of commodities disputes involving soft commodities, oil and gas, coal and steel, and non-ferrous and precious metals.

Requirements:

• March 2023 England & Wales qualified NQ trained at a leading law firm in the UK
• A strong academic background and stable career record
• Previous commodities litigation experience gained at a recognised commodities practice
