Our client, whose global headquarters are located in near Frankfurt, is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to focus on commercial work within their commercial and business development/ licensing legal team. The role will focus on drafting and negotiating commercial agreements as well a some BDL and other transaction documents including licensing agreements, CDAs, manufacturing and supply agreements and providing business-focused and reliable legal advice to internal stakeholders on various legal topics.
You will require a University degree in law and have completed the second German State Exam, preferably with above-average grades, OR be a foreign qualified lawyer (preferably from the UK, USA, Switzerland, Austria with above-average grades), at least 5 years PQE, preferably with a minimum of 2 years PQE in the pharmaceutical or life science industry and a fluent command of English and preferably German (but this is not mandatory).
