Part Time Interim Commercial Contracts Lawyer

Our client, an award winning household brand, are looking for a Part Time Interim Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join their in-house Legal team for an initial 3 -6 months.

As an interim Commercial Contracts Lawyer you will be responsible for dealing with a range of contracts from;

• Acquisition of Goods & Services (e. marketing, distribution, facilities and Ecommerce)NDAs
• Coordinate Lease Agreements
• Licence Agreements
• Media Services
• Sustainability Partners
• Insurance Renewals

You will be a qualified solicitor with experience of working in-house with a minimum of 4 years PQE. You will have a strong general commercial background with previous contracts management experience.

As well as having a commercial approach you will be an outstanding communicator used to working in a fast-paced environment who is able to build relationships and understand colleagues' aims, supporting and influencing them whatever their level of legal or business knowledge.

The head office is based in Dorset and may require occasional travel to HQ for meetings etc, but in general the client is happy with remote working provided there is an understanding of flexibility occasionally required. This is a part-time role requiring 2 (possibly 3) days per week.

Day rate on offer circa £500pd (via an approved Umbrella provider)
