As a Solicitor, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will focus on very high profile projects in the UK and overseas, supporting the Project team during the negotiation of bids and the execution of the project, acting as a legal subject matter expert and commercially astute.

Description
- Day to day, you'll draft, review and provide advice and support on commercial contracts (local and international) including confidentiality agreements, parent company guarantees, collateral warranties
- Manage current and new intellectual property including patent applications and liaise with external patent attorney
- Liaise with external law firms where required
- Handle highly confidential correspondence and commercial negotiations, including legal disputes
- Undertake training of employees in various areas of law as necessary
Profile
- Qualified solicitor, with proven post qualification experience
- Membership of the English Law Society (certification will be required)
- Commercially astute and solutions driven
- Experience practicing law and commercial within a regulated industry
Familiarity with construction models of contract such as NEC/FIDIC/JCT would be an advantage.
