The Role
This revered Financial Services & Markets team routinely advises on complex, precedent-setting projects that have market significance or international reach.
They are best known for their work in the alternative asset management sector, advising clients with over US$ 4.5 trillion of assets under management, and their financial market infrastructure work, advising clients who are responsible for transactions involving trillions of pounds of financial assets on a daily basis.
This team has been at the forefront of market developments for more than 20 Years, advising on:
major regulatory change projects
investment management and global custody services
structuring, establishment and promotion of investment fund vehicles
financial markets infrastructure
new payment products and services
securities trading and brokerage
clearance and settlement matters
market conduct issues
regulatory capital requirements
remuneration regulation
The Candidate
Applications are encouraged from individuals with exposure to the regulatory landscape affecting any of payments, fintech, asset management and funds. In the case of summer-qualifying NQ Applicants, a prior seat in any of these areas or general financial regulation will suffice.
Applicants must be qualified in England & Wales (or in the case of summer-qualifying NQs, due to be admitted in England & Wales upon qualification).
