Work with lawyers and costs professionals across a national (and global) network

The collaborative way in which the national costs team operates also offers the opportunity for members of the team to gain access to the full range of costs work on offer.

Gain access to complex costs work in other sectors, such as shipping and maritime

Costs drafters and negotiators advise on the full gamut of complex, high-value medical negligence work. This includes high-value costs work arising out of complex birth injuries as well as high-profile inquest work.

In addition, there is also a good spread of commercial litigation work including niche areas such as shipping litigation and other areas of commercial litigation. The team is regularly required to advise on costs budgeting and costs negotiation of high value commercial litigation and arbitrations. As such, this is a fantastic way to broaden your expertise and build your career.
