This dynamic and collaborative local authority is looking for a personable and ambitious Housing Lawyer to be an integral part of the team and take on a varied and interesting caseload of housing matters.

To assume the role of Housing Lawyer, you will have prior experience in an identical or similar role, whether that be in the public or private sector.

The successful Housing Lawyer can expect to handle some or all of the following matters:

  • Disrepair
  • Possession
  • Injunction
  • Succession
  • Anti-social behaviour
  • Unauthorised occupation
  • Homelessness
  • Judicial review
