Locum Planning Lawyer
Are you a motivated Planning Lawyer looking for a locum position within a respected local authority? Sellick Partnership are working closely with a award-winning council in Central London to assist them with adding quality staff to their reputable Legal department.
The position would be ideally suited to an experienced Planning Lawyer who is confident acting with minimal supervision, but you will still be well supported in your role. Our client will consider applicants who have worked in-house for a local authority, or who have dealt with local authorities from a private practice angle. This role can be worked on a remote or hybrid basis.
Responsibilities can include all or some of the following, depending on your experience:
- Complex s106
- Planning and higways advice
- Policy work
- Committees
- Inquiries
- Appeals
- Judicial review
