OVERVIEW:
• A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Intellectual Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded and thriving department.
• You can expect to be working for household brand names and owner managed businesses alike on a wide range of matters including commercial contracts, intellectual property and some technology issues.
• You will have a sound, well-rounded knowledge of IP law, with demonstrable experience advising on copyright, trademark, design rights, IP licensing and brand management matters.
• The successful candidate will have between 3- 7 years' relevant PQE, be a competent technical lawyer and have an interest in business development.
