An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Plot Sales Conveyancer to join a Top Legal 500 multisite well-established firm in Solihull, South Birmingham.

You would work in a close knit team whilst reporting to a partner as Head of department. You will be either a Solicitor, Cilex or experienced plot sales conveyancer. You will manage your own caseload of plot sales matters from reservation to completion acting on behalf of housing developers. You will have experience dealing with help to buy and part exchange matters and be driven to succeed in a plot conveyancing career.
