Commercial Property Solicitor

A leading L200 firm are looking to add a Commercial Property Solicitor (preferably 1-3 years' PQE although all candidates are considered) to join their well established Property Department who specialise in providing advice to private individuals, companies, and trusts in specialist sector teams focusing on rural and estates, charities and social enterprises, education, faith, transport, commercial and residential sectors.

They are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor who will handle a wide range of property work, they will be encouraged to develop expertise in specific areas:

• Sales and purchases
• Landlord and tenant, and agricultural tenancies
• Secured borrowing and lending
• Our specialist sectors: rural and estates, charities and social enterprises, education, faith, transport, commercial and residential
• Development sites
• Regular property work including title queries and registration work 

This role would suit a junior qualified solicitor of around 1-3 years PQE. The expectation would be that the individual would provide assistance across the department, with a view to specialising in one of the teams later in their career.
