Residential Conveyancer

They have an experienced property team which deals with work sourced largely through local contacts, agents, and repeat and referral clients.
 
The role would require you to undertake all aspects of the residential conveyancing process from start to finish, including freehold and leasehold work, sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership, new plot purchases. Experience in commercial conveyancing would be beneficial but not essential. You will ideally have a 1+ years of experience working within a residential conveyancing department.
