A corporate lawyer is offered an outstanding opportunity to join a city Law firm, ranked as one of the top 50 legal practices in the UK, in their Legal 500 and Chambers ranked corporate team.

The corporate team in London act for institutional investors, senior management teams, founders, alternative asset managers, UK and overseas quoted and private companies, financial intermediaries, major corporates, investee companies, and infrastructure funds both domestically and internationally.

Due to continued success, they are now seeking to bolster their ranks with the addition of an experienced corporate lawyer. The successful corporate lawyer joining this outstanding corporate team in London will undertake complex, challenging and high value matters across the full range of corporate work, which will include:

- Pan-European and international private equity
- M&A
- Corporate governance
- Asset management
- Restructurings and reorganisations
- Leveraged buy-outs
- Consortium deals
- Recapitalisations
- Divestments
- Joint ventures
- Public-to-privates
- Minority deals
- Carve-outs
- Co-investments
- Cross-border corporate finance
- Equity capital markets

This position is ideally suited to candidates with a minimum of five years' PQE. Candidates applying for this position should be able to display:

- A strong academic background
- Excellent technical knowledge
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience in business development and client relationship management
