First Response Paralegal

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join an expanding Liverpool City Centre law firm as a First Response Paralegal to work within the firms new claims/first response team, you will be assisting clients with the initial stages of the claims to submit claims notification forms and liaise with file handlers, third party insurers and clients to obtain missing information.
 
You must have a good telephone manner and strong communication skills.

Duties include:

• Prepare CNF’s to ensure they are Portal ready and submit via a Portal
• Make outbound calls to client’s and third party insurers to proactively obtain further information if necessary
• Take incoming calls from clients to assist with queries and obtain/update information required for the claim notification form
• Liaise with external companies and internal departments in a timely and professional manner in order to effectively process CNFs
• Understand the difference between MOJ, OIC and non MOJ cases
• Raise DVLA requests
