Senior Legal Secretary

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Legal Secretary to join a very well-established Top 250 law firm, based in their office in Guildford.
 
You will provide comprehensive legal secretarial and administrative support to assigned solicitors and lawyers within the Residential Property team on a full-time basis.

Your responsibilities will include:
 
Day to Day: 

• You will administer files to include opening, closing, archiving and retrieval to ensure that teams are able to respond to legal queries 
• You’ll ensure that information is recorded in our Practice Management system so that we can deliver outstanding service to our Clients
• Prepare pre completion bundles for client completion
• Handling pre and post completion documentation, paperwork, and registrations
• Drafting of letters, documents, and forms
• Printing of contracts and letters pertaining to the sale or purchase of a property
• Digitising signed contracts and other documents
• Being a point of contact and able to answer queries on behalf of Clients and Colleagues
• Providing a great Client experience, assisting with providing clients with updates/progress on their cases
• Assisting in the invoicing process
• Assisting with time recording to ensure that all work is accurately captured and understood (and billed)

You will have profound knowledge of legal secretarial experience gained within Residential Conveyancing, in order to apply for this position.
