Corporate and Regulatory Insurance Lawyer

An insurance group with an impressive growth plan and a busy in-house legal team is looking to hire an additional lawyer. The position offers a broad spectrum of work from corporate and commercial international and domestic transactions, drafting and reviewing services contracts such as IT agreements and real estate leases, regulatory matters and liaising with the regulatory authorities, to providing more general legal advice. You may also be required to work on corporate governance matters and support the company secretarial team as well as providing overflow support to underwriting, claims and litigation teams. You will benefit from working collaboratively with the business teams whose products range from consumer insurance to sophisticated reinsurance products.

To be considered for this role you should have either a corporate, commercial or regulatory insurance background and at least 3 years qualified experience. Some in-house experience would be useful and you should be seeking a wide ranging role.
