The ideal candidate will have a mixed private client and tax background, a thorough knowledge of UK taxation and a variety of experience including:

- International and domestic tax planning, trusts and estate planning for ultra-high net worth individuals and families;
- Major offshore jurisdictions and vehicles, such as PTCs or reserved power trusts;
- UK inheritance tax, particularly business property relief and the relevant property rules;
- The main tax rules affecting non-UK domiciled individuals including the UK residency rules and the law of domicile;
- A working knowledge of charities would also be helpful

The successful candidate will also have strong academics, an analytical mind, excellent oral and written communication skills as well as enthusiasm for the role. They will also be willing to contribute to business development initiatives.

The team run regular legal training sessions which cover all core practice areas, as well as 'soft' skills and business development. This ongoing support and development is key to the firm's future growth and success.

Market-leading salary from £90k upwards. The firm also offer hybrid working, so the successful candidate will benefit from working in the City office and remotely.
