What will you do?
- Maintain claims and complaints database
- Reviewing, investigating, and formulating a response to any allegations made to the firm
- Liaising with insurers and external solicitors
- Advise MP and R&BPD on situation of all matters
- Oversee the maintenance of the claims and complaints database/registers
What do you need?
- Managerial experience
- Risk and compliance experience
- Experience within a law firm (preferred not essential)
