THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Paralegal to join the well-established team of this Legal 500 rated practice. The corporate team covers a range of corporate transactions including reorganisations, management buy-outs and buy-ins and sales and acquisitions on behalf of a range of clients including investors, management teams and owner-managed businesses. The role could include drafting documents, completely legal research and attending clients.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Paralegals with ideally c12 months’ experience gained with another leading law firm. A passion and commitment to progress your career within corporate law is a pre-requisite along with strong academics and an ability to work on your own initiative. Candidates with demonstrable corporate experience and ambitious to qualify as a Solicitor with a respected Leicestershire firm are encouraged to apply.
