A leading and award-winning Legal 500 firm is currently looking to grow an exisiting litigiation team and take on a new Housing Litigation Lawyer. This is a opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation, and presents a chance to join a firm undergoing a period of growth.
The Role:
As a Housing Litigation Lawyer, you will be advising a variety of clients, including registered Social Housing providers and private landlords. Duties will include, but not be limited to, advising on:
Key Requirements:
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a similar role or may already be working in or for a local authority. Both qualified solicitors, lawyers, and experienced paralegals who are working towards a qualification such as CILEX or SQE will be considered for the role.
