Litigation Solicitor - Locum

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Solicitor to join the Litigation team for an established firm with offices based across the West Midlands. My client is hiring into their busy team as part of continued plans for expansion.

The ideal candidate will have property Litigation experience and relevant qualifications for the group as well as having 3+ years PQE. The successful Litigation Solicitor will be looking for an opportunity to progress their career.

The successful Litigation Solicitor may be experienced or specialise in various sectors such as property litigation or contested probate, or able to run a mixed caseload of including but not limited to;

• Commercial/residential landlord and tenant disputes
• Professional negligence
• Debt recovery
• Partnership disputes
• Contentious probate

In addition to this, they are looking for someone who is reliable, driven and would take an active part in business development opportunities on behalf of the team and firm.
