PQE: 3+

THE ROLE:
As an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be able to demonstrate a solid background in commercial property. You will be reporting to the Supervising Partner and be responsible for managing your own varied caseload consisting of acquisitions and disposals, creating and renewing business leases on behalf of both tenants and landlords, lease extensions, right to buy and right to acquire.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will have at least 3 years’ PQE in this area of law together with possessing excellent client care skills to provide professional and competent legal advice in accordance with the SRA Code of Conduct. You will have good drafting, writing and communication skills together with the ability to manage your own time effectively in order to adhere to deadlines and targets. Experience in both agricultural land and development would be beneficial but not essential as well as having effective business development skills with proven marketing strategies.
