Clinical Negligence Paralegal - Liverpool
THE TEAM AND THE ROLE
This team has a strong reputation for clinical negligence work. As a paralegal, you will assist the team in managing their caseloads. This will include carrying out administrative tasks such as maintaining the database and client management. You will also assist with case-based tasks including obtaining expert opinions and assessing viability of cases. You will also obtain disclosure of medical records and other case related documentation, prepare instructions to medical experts and counsel, and draft witness statements.
