Property Lawyer (Rural Sector) - Cotswolds

A great opportunity to spread your wings and extend your expertise and experience if you are currently pigeon-holed in residential property or commercial property.......

The Role

Ongoing growth creates this ready-made opportunity for a property lawyer to join our client’s thriving property team operating in the rural sector, dealing with landowner, agribusiness and farming clients.

Working closely with experienced and supportive colleagues, you will be empowered to manage your own interesting and diverse caseload as well as assist on more complex transactions.

The range of work is flexible to suit including: sales and purchases of land and property; some landlord and tenant work; and some development-related matters.

You

If you are ready for a fresh challenge, where you can develop your skills and progress your career working with like-minded professionals in a refreshingly collegiate and unstuffy culture, this role is for you. Considerable working arrangement flexibility is on offer.

Play to your existing property strengths as you develop your experience in areas new to you. Rural sector experience is not a pre-requisite. You may currently be a commercial property lawyer or a residential conveyancing lawyer looking for greater variety of work and more client exposure.

Our Client

A well-established and highly regarded law firm, which successfully combines commercial and private client services. Property is a particularly strong area for the firm, with expertise in commercial, residential, rural and private property matters.
