Head of Family Law

Ortus Group have been asked to help bring in a new Head of the Family Law team for an independent, full service, commercial firm based on the south coast. They have been successfully operating in the region for over 40 years, they are one of the larger law sector employers in the area currently with over 10 partners and a total staff of over 100 people. Last year they had a turnover of over £7 million.

During the COVID-19 lockdown the firm’s previous Head of Family Law decided to take a step back from practicing law entirely and retired. In her absence the team remains capable of servicing their clients but requires someone to take over the reigns and lead the team beyond where it is today.
